In May 2025, a newly built international exhibition center—one of the most prominent national projects in an Eastern European country—officially opened its doors. As the keyconference system provider for this large-scale venue, VISSONIC delivered a comprehensive, intelligent, and feature-rich solution, once again demonstrating its expertise in the global conference system market.

The center spans a total area of 37,000 square meters, with 5 exhibition halls, 5 auditoriums, and 4 meeting rooms, accommodating over 15,000 attendees simultaneously. To meet the venue's demanding requirements for multifunctional and high-standard events, VISSONIC provided an all-in-one system that includes paperless multimedia conference units, wireless discussion systems, simultaneous interpretation, video tracking, and live recording functionalities.

In the VIP conference hall, VISSONIC's paperless multimedia conference system(VIS-17LSSCM-A) was deployed with 26 delegate positions and 120 guest seats. The system integrates retractable displays, microphones, document sharing, electronic sign-in, voting, and multilingual interpretation—all designed to boost meeting efficiency and user experience. Several interpretation booths are also in place to support smooth multilingual communication.

In addition, each delegate seat is equipped with a VISSONIC color electronic nameplate(VIS-NP10), ensuring that each delegate's name is digitally displayed in an orderly manner—ideal for high-level multilingual conferences.

The large multifunctional auditorium, with a capacity of 650 attendees, is equipped with VISSONIC wireless conference units featuring unidirectional microphones for high-quality sound pickup. The room includes multiple interpretation booths and 820 pcs VIS-VLI703A-8 full digital infrared receivers to accommodate overflow attendees. Additionally, the venue is equipped with EAV PTZ cameras and VISSONIC's professional video equipment, enabling seamless video conferencing and live broadcasting.

4K HDMI video matrix(VIS-PHD88) brought stunning visual performance to the venue, delivering crystal-clear, vividly detailed images on large displays—perfectly suited for high-end conference presentations.

The well-equipped press center ensures that journalists can work comfortably and efficiently. VISSONIC channel selection modules and headsets(VIS-CSU-F) are embedded in the desks, enabling real-time multilingual interpretation for accurate and timely reporting.

The entire project was carried out in collaboration with VISSONIC's authorized local partner, with a professional system integrator responsible for on-site installation and commissioning. The integrated system performs with exceptional stability and has received high praise from the client.
